Develop and implement group-level HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and workforce planning
Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Build and strengthen HR policies, systems, and processes across locations
Lead organization development, succession planning, and leadership development
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
Manage compensation, benefits, and reward strategies
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business heads
Drive culture transformation and change management initiatives
Requirements
MBA in HR from a reputed/top B-School
18–25 years of strong HR leadership experience
Proven experience in handling multi-location or group-level HR role
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in manufacturing, corporate, or diversified business groups preferre
