About the Role

  • Develop and implement group-level HR strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Lead talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and workforce planning

  • Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives

  • Build and strengthen HR policies, systems, and processes across locations

  • Lead organization development, succession planning, and leadership development

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements

  • Manage compensation, benefits, and reward strategies

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business heads

  • Drive culture transformation and change management initiatives

Requirements

  • MBA in HR from a reputed/top B-School

  • 18–25 years of strong HR leadership experience

  • Proven experience in handling multi-location or group-level HR role

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in manufacturing, corporate, or diversified business groups preferre
