About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily production operations on multiple CCV lines for MV/HV Power cables .
100% First Time Right defect free meeting throughput of each CCV lines.
Supervise extrusion, XLPE insulation, CU tape and sheathing processes.
Ensure adherence to IS, IEC, and international standards.
Drive efficiency, minimize downtime, and optimize resource utilization.
Implement robust quality control and testing procedures.
Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Mentor and manage production supervisors, engineers, and operators.
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and supply chain teams.
Report KPIs and production performance to senior management.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or Polymer Technology.
10–12 years of cable manufacturing experience, with 5+ years in MV CCV line operations.
Strong knowledge of XLPE insulation and CCV insulation processes.
Familiarity with IS, IEC, BS, UL standards.
Proven leadership in managing production units.
